New author joins Winter & Drew

Winter & Drew Publishing is pleased to announce our latest new author to join: Rob Colley DSC.

A former UK Special Forces Leader, Rob served twenty-three years in the military, including fifteen years in the Special Boat Service, and was awarded the Distinguished Service Cross for gallantry and leadership. He went on to lead elite human performance and training programmes within high-stakes research and operational environments.

Rob brings lessons from his demanding operational environments into his upcoming book, A Return to Grounded Presence.

It’s aimed at men 40+ who have built a life that is outwardly successful – but still feel there is something missing. That their grounding has drifted away in their strive for success.

The book will show how the drift has happened, as well as offering a deeper understanding of the grounded presence that has been lost.

And it will give a roadmap to help men return to their own grounded presence, built on the author’s real lived experience.
