About the Author

Following a successful nursing career, Debbie is now an author and motivational speaker.

Debbie is committed to inspiring others to be their best. Through her writing and inspirational speaking, she inspires others to cast aside anything that hinders them, to grab hold of their motivation, and achieve their wildest dreams.

Her upcoming book The Unexpecting Journey, is an exploration of infertility. It describes Debbie and her husband’s journey from a pre-children back-packing tour around the world, through 15 years of infertility, to a post-infertility world tour.  The book goes deeply into the subject of infertility; its destructive and traumatic nature, but also how to escape – not just with our lives, but with the treasure that only comes through enduring the furnace of suffering.

The Unexpecting Journey will be released in autumn 2026.
